Who we are

Prize Desk USA is an independent US directory of sweepstakes and giveaways. For privacy questions, email [email protected].

What we collect

We publish one anonymous visit total for the site. It is a number only. We do not store your name, email address or IP address with that count. Anyone can read the total on this site and at /api/hits.

Saved competitions on Your Desk live in this browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us. Clearing site data removes them.

If you email us, we will see whatever you send (typically your email address and message) so we can reply. We do not sell that correspondence.

Cookies and similar storage

Prize Desk USA does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own. A cookie named prize-desk-us-visit remembers that this browser was already counted, so a refresh is not a new visit. It lasts twelve hours, is not used to track you across other sites, and holds no personal information.

Competition promoters

Entering a competition takes you to a third-party site. Those promoters have their own privacy notices, terms and eligibility rules. Prize Desk USA is not responsible for how they handle your data once you leave this directory.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, delete or opt out of the sale of personal data. Prize Desk USA does not sell personal data. To use those rights for anything we might hold from an email you sent, write to [email protected].
